This Privacy Policy was created in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: General Regulation on Personal Data Protection) and the Act on the Implementation of the General Regulation on Data Protection, and refers to the collection, processing and protection of personal data of users of the tubs.hr website (hereinafter: website).

- Personal data processor is a natural or legal person, public institution, agency or other body that processes personal data on behalf of the personal data controller.
- The Recipient is a natural or legal person, public institution, agency or other body to which personal data is provided, whether it is a third party or not. However, government bodies that receive personal data through a specific inquiry that complies with EU or member state law will not be considered recipients; the processing of personal data by these government bodies will be in accordance with applicable regulations related to the purpose of data processing.
- Third party is a natural or legal person, public institution, agency or other body, which is not the data subject, data controller or processor, and which is authorized to process personal data with the direct permission of the data controller or data processor of the respondents.
- Consent of the subject is any precisely defined, informed and unambiguous indication of the subject’s desire by which he or she expresses consent to the processing of personal data related to him or her through a statement or a clear affirmative action.

We collect data during communication with users who contacted our customer service for help or complaints via e-mail address or telephone. We collect data such as: name, surname, address, phone number, contact e-mail address, contact phone number.
